Hythe
Hythe - Wirral Waters Formally known as No1 Tower Road South, hythe is the first Grade A office building to be developed speculatively on the Wirral for over a decade. hythe has been designed by award winning architects Glenn Howells, to maximise on stunning panoramic views, showcasing both the Wirral Waters waterfront, and Liverpool City skyline. Vent Tec have successfully supplied and installed on3 floors, both supply and extract, including plant room and risers.
Filter House
Brand new student accomodataions located in Lancaster and situated opposite Lancaster University's new Science Park and is within walking distance of Lancaster University's Bailrigg Campus
Vent Tec provided MVHR systems to 164 dwellings using risers split over two blocks as well as supplying and installing two HRU systems in the communal areas
Goodison Park
Home of the Toffees, Vent Tec were proud to work in such a well renowned landmark such as Goodison Park, We succesfully Stripped out and refurbished Ventilation in 7 of Their Executive Suites
EIGHT
BUILDING
Vent tec completed works on the eight building in 2021, installing pvc ductwork for 120 luxury apartments, fed from domestic enviro-vent mvhr units, a mitsubishi unit was also installed in the reception area.
LIBERTY PARK
Located in Widnes, We were responsible for installing Mitsubishi Heat recovery systems, Toilet extract systems and risers.
PARLIAMENT SQUARE
We Succesfully and efficiently installed PVC Ductwork for 505 luxury apartments fed by domestic enviro-vent MVHR units. We also installed for the luxury penthouse as well as the communal Gym ad Lounge. All fed from Nuaire MVHR and fan coils using galvanised ductwork.
